• Firm Registration Certificate Issued by Sales Tax Dept

• Telephone Bill (Not Later Than 3 Months)
• Aadhaar Card if Firm is a Properitorship Concern.
• Valid Passport if Firm is a Properitorship Concern.
• Election Id Card if Firm is a Properitorship Concern.
• Valid Driving Licence if Firm is a Properitorship Concern.
